SFM Conseil was delighted to host a Family Business Workshop, wrapping up our publication series launched last September focused on governance, organization, and succession in family enterprises.

At the workshop titled “Governance That Drives the Longevity of Family Businesses,” we had the pleasure of meeting family business leaders—some attending with their families—who enriched the conversation with their questions and experiences.

Our Family Business experts—Abdelkader BOUKHRISS, Franck LEBOUC-GUILHOU, Anass BENJELLOUN, and Kaoutar BEDRAOUI IDRISSI—shared insights on key governance mechanisms (family charters, family shareholders’ meetings, family councils, family holdings), succession planning for the Next Gen, and the tax framework around succession.
