Moroccan Foreign Exchange Office inspections and litigations

SFM Conseil assists its clients (legal entities and natural persons) subject to foreign exchange regulations in the inspections and litigations procedures. Specific support is mobilized in order to steer all the procedural rules to be followed with the Moroccan Foreign Exchange Office, in particular through:

• Assistance during the investigations and the open debate process, in order to defend the clients’ rights
• Guidelines during the regularization process, including possible legal remedy in alignment with applicable legislation
                             

This support combines as well the different stakeholder’s management and alignment activities, for the parties involved in the procedures according to the applicable legislation.
