SFM Conseil assists domestic and international investors with implementing their expansion and consolidation plans, and takes charge of drawing up the transactional documentation required to formalize and complete such operations

SFM Conseil prepares, analyzes and/or reviews all transactional documentation that is relevant and/or essential to complete the proposed transaction.

Whether the transaction involves a merger or the acquisition of securities, SFM Conseil assists its clients at every stage of the transaction, from the preparation of legal documentation and assistance with signing and/or closing meetings, to the completion of legal formalities with the relevant authorities.

SFM Conseil's Legal Services Department is responsible for development and drafting:

  • Investment protocols, including asset and liability guarantees
  • Shareholders’ or partners’ agreements, where applicable
  • The corporate documentation required to formalize the transaction, and more generally of all the legal acts and documents required to complete and enforce the transaction against third parties.
