SFM Conseil prepares, analyzes and/or reviews all transactional documentation that is relevant and/or essential to complete the proposed transaction.
Whether the transaction involves a merger or the acquisition of securities, SFM Conseil assists its clients at every stage of the transaction, from the preparation of legal documentation and assistance with signing and/or closing meetings, to the completion of legal formalities with the relevant authorities.
SFM Conseil's Legal Services Department is responsible for development and drafting:
- Investment protocols, including asset and liability guarantees
- Shareholders’ or partners’ agreements, where applicable
- The corporate documentation required to formalize the transaction, and more generally of all the legal acts and documents required to complete and enforce the transaction against third parties.
