Tax appeals under tax audits: the CRRFs come into operation
The 2022 Finance Law has ushered in a new appeal mechanism within the Tax Audit framework: the Regional Tax Appeal Boards (Commissions Régionales du Recours Fiscal - CRRF).
These boards were brought into operation in June 2023 following the publication of the list of taxpayer representatives in Official Bulletin No. 7207 of June 26, 2023.
