SFM Conseil is transforming and expanding its activities. While its operations have focused on tax and legal matters, the firm is capitalizing on its 90-year history to expand into other business areas.

The firm now has six service lines: "Legal Services", which supports legal departments in securing and optimizing their legal operations; "Tax Services", which helps entrepreneurs manage the tax implications of their strategy projects; and "Organizational Consulting", which works with executives and project managers throughout the life cycle of their initiatives. SFM Conseil also offers "M&A Transactions", providing solutions for clients' internal and external expansion projects, "Family Business", encompassing all family-owned business-related services, i.e. organization, governance and transfer, and "Foreign Exchange Regulations", providing guidance to Moroccan and foreign investors to bring their operations into compliance.
