SFM Conseil assisted the Procter & Gamble Group throughout the process of preparing, implementing and completing the merger by P&G Distribution Morocco of its sister company Industries Modernes Marocaines (IMM) on May 31, 2023.

As part of this intra-group restructuring operation, designed to optimize resources and simplify business management, SFM Conseil's Legal Services teams handled all the legal aspects of the merger in terms of corporate law, drawing up all the legal documentation inherent in the operation and arranging all legal formalities, including with the Land Registry.
