SFM Conseil advised the shareholders of "Al Massalik Privé", a long-standing player in the private education sector under the French system in Casablanca, on the sale of this school to Holding Générale d'Education "HOLGED", the leading private education group in Morocco and Tunisia.

SFM Conseil provided legal and tax advice and guidance to the seller throughout this transaction involving the sale of all the company's share capital and related voting rights: review and negotiation of transaction documentation, advice and assistance with signing, closing and formalization of the change of control and governance, and preparation of tax returns relating to the sale.
