LOCAFINANCE (Avis), a leading player in the short and long-term car rental market, has retained the services of SFM Conseil for the acquisition of PSD, operating under the T-RENT brand, which belonged to the Ténor group.

This acquisition is in line with LOCAFINANCE's (Avis) expansion strategy, which seeks to consolidate its position as a key player in the car rental market and strengthen its long-term rental footprint.

SFM Conseil assisted LOCAFINANCE at every stage of the transaction: financial, legal and tax due diligence prior to the acquisition, finalization of the transaction documentation, filing of the proposed acquisition with the competition authorities, closing and formalization of the change of control and governance.
