Legal Manager
Reporting directly to the Legal Partner and working alongside a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of clients — providing high-impact legal advice with a sharp operational and relational edge.
Your Mission :
- Lead and deliver strategic legal advisory assignments
- Draft high-quality legal opinions and conduct in-depth studies
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of legal professionals
- Drive team performance: scheduling, time management, and development
- Oversee mission logistics: billing, coordination, collections, archiving
- Stay ahead of the game with continuous legal monitoring
Your Profile :
- Advanced degree in Law (Private Law, Business Law, or equivalent); a business school diploma and CAPA are major pluses
- 10+ years of solid experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Manager, ideally in a top-tier business law firm
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and highly autonomous — you thrive on challenges
- Results-driven and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
