Confirmed M&A Business Lawyer
Join our high-performing legal team and take charge of strategic, high-impact legal assignments in corporate and business law. You’ll advise leading clients — both domestic and international — and handle complex transactions from structuring to execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and deliver legal opinions in corporate law, business law, labor law, real estate, and intellectual property
- Structure foreign investment and business set-up projects in Morocco
- Conduct legal due diligence and pre-acquisition audits
- Draft acquisition and sale offers, investment agreements, asset and liability guarantees, and shareholders’ agreements
- Manage merger control filings before the Competition Council
- Advise on corporate restructurings, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Prepare legal documents and minutes for Board and Shareholders’ Meetings as part of M&A and restructuring operations
Who You Are :
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Law; CAPA qualification is a strong plus
- You have at least 3 years of proven experience in a business law firm, a Big Four firm, or the legal department of a major corporation
- Fluent in both French and English for high-level legal and business communications
- You combine legal expertise with strong interpersonal skills — you're rigorous, autonomous, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
