Reporting to the Legal Manager and the Head of the Legal Department, you’ll play a key role in managing both routine and complex legal operations entrusted to the firm. You’ll be hands-on, strategic, and client-facing — supporting high-impact transactions and advisory work across multiple sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Draft legal documents related to corporate lifecycle events: approval of accounts, capital increases/reductions, changes in corporate governance, and more
  Prepare contracts and complete legal formalities for restructuring operations: share transfers, business asset sales, mergers, spin-offs, etc.
  Draft legal memorandums on various aspects of business law: labor law, commercial law, corporate law
  Monitor legal and tax developments
  Write internal legal notes and guidance
  You’ll manage client relationships on your assigned cases and collaborate closely with internal teams across the firm.

What We're Looking For :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Law
  At least 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally in a business law firm or a similar environment
  Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and autonomy in handling assignments
  Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills
  You’re rigorous, adaptable, and curious — with a sharp legal mind and a proactive approach
